SpaceX’s SpaceXAI names Fabric Group as strategic partner in Asia-Pacific

SpaceX’s AI offering, SpaceXAI, has named Australian digital consultancy Fabric Group as one of its first strategic partners in Asia-Pacific, in a multi-year deal aimed at accelerating AI-assisted software development across enterprise organisations.

The agreement makes Fabric Group one of SpaceXAI’s first official partners not only in Australia, but across the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region.

Fabric will invest in training and certifying its entire engineering workforce as demand for AI-assisted software development accelerates among enterprise organisations.

SpaceXAI is one of the fastest-growing AI platforms globally. The company is now turning its attention to helping some of the world’s largest organisations transform software engineering, with Australia chosen as one of the first countries outside the US for its channel partner program.

The announcement comes at a time when artificial intelligence is rapidly changing software engineering worldwide.

AI coding assistants have evolved from simple code completion tools into sophisticated engineering partners capable of generating production-ready code, identifying bugs, explaining complex systems, creating documentation and accelerating application development across virtually every programming language.

Industry analysts increasingly expect AI-assisted software development to become the standard operating model for engineering teams over the coming years, allowing organisations to dramatically increase development velocity while enabling experienced engineers to focus on higher-value architecture, design and business outcomes.
