NASA has selected Manufacturing Technical Solutions (MTS) to provide the Consolidated Program Support Services (CPSS) — Program, Planning, and Control (PP&C) — at its Marshall Space Flight Center in Alabama and its Johnson Space Center in Texas.
MTS has been tasked with delivering these services in a range of different fields, including:
- integration;
- earned value management;
- cost estimating and cost analysis;
- resource data storage and retrieval library; and
- scheduling, and risk management.
MTS will also be responsible for providing NASA with programmatic subject matter experts.
The potential mission services value of the performance-based contract is approximately US$67.4 million ($87.3 million), with a maximum indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) value of US$462.5 million ($600 million).
The one-year contract begins on 1 September 2021, followed by four one-year option periods that may be exercised at NASA’s discretion.
